Keystone Geological Advisors Ltd
A focused three-service website that positions Keystone as an independent, standards-driven mining advisory firm and drives technical brief requests.
- Website design
- development and content structure for a mining advisory firm
Overview
Keystone Geological Advisors is a Nigerian-owned geoscience and mining advisory firm based in Abuja, serving exploration companies, mining operators, investors and government agencies. We designed and built its website to show technical authority and make it easy to request a brief.
The challenge
Keystone Geological Advisors Ltd needed a website that could solve these problems:
- Technical services that are hard to explain to investors and non-specialists
- A need to signal international standards such as JORC, NI 43-101 and SAMREC
- A small team that had to look as established as larger advisory firms
- A clear next step for serious enquiries
Our approach
We organised the site as a clear journey from first impression to enquiry:
- Hero message, "Geoscience Expertise for Smarter Mining Decisions", with Explore Services and Commission a Brief actions
- An About section led by three proof points: 20+ projects delivered, 40+ locations and JORC reporting standards
- Three numbered service cards, Minerals Evaluation, GIS and Remote Sensing and Mining Consultancy, each with three named capabilities
- An approach section that explains how data becomes actionable mining intelligence
- A contact section built around Request a Technical Brief, with an embedded map, phone and email
Design decisions
- Aerial mine photography and field imagery in place of stock visuals
- Numbered cards and short taglines such as "Discover Resource Potential" keep each service easy to scan
- A restrained layout that reads as precise and professional
Solutions delivered
- Brief-request CTAs in the header, hero and contact section
- Standards badges in the footer (JORC, NI 43-101, SAMREC) for institutional buyers
- Search and social metadata with a dedicated preview image
Results
The new website gives Keystone Geological Advisors Ltd a clear way to turn visitors into technical brief requests. Projected outcomes within six months are 40% more technical brief requests, three times the organic search visibility and a 2% to 5% visitor-to-lead conversion rate.
"Investors and operators now see our standards and services before we speak to them. The brief requests we receive are more specific and more serious."
