Refund & Returns.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in cases where services have not been rendered or significant project delays are caused by Sableboxx.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, only a partial refund (if applicable) will be considered based on the work completed.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Once a design or digital service is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Custom-made services are non-refundable unless they fail to meet agreed specifications.
3. Service Modifications and Revisions
Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions (as agreed upon in the project contract).
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
