Refund & Returns.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases where services have not been rendered or significant project delays are caused by Sableboxx.

  • If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, only a partial refund (if applicable) will be considered based on the work completed.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Once a design or digital service is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Custom-made services are non-refundable unless they fail to meet agreed specifications.

3. Service Modifications and Revisions

  • Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions (as agreed upon in the project contract).

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
